Can the HideMyBell be against all weather conditions?
Rain has no effect on the function of the bicycle bell, as well as the soup afterwards. The bell contains small holes, allowing water to flow smoothly. The aluminum bell is anodized, which provides a weatherproof oxide layer. The fastening parts are made of stainless steel so that no rust formation can occur.
I have an Iphone, can I put this on a Hide My Bell?
With a growing group of cyclists, the use of the iPhone as a bicycle navigation is popular. In order to provide these users with an appropriate HideMyBell solution we are looking for a good combination with an existing holder. Topeak has a very well thought out product with the RideCase series. We have made our own link to mount the Topeak RideCase coupling to an adapter.
Compatible with Topeak Ridecase & Weatherproof Ridecase
Models for iPhone 5, 6 and 7 (also plus model)
Comes with the HideMyBell holder and Topeak adapter, excluding the Topeak RideCase product of your choice.
Are the front two buttons of my Garmin Edge 520 good to use?
Yes. The holder has two mounting points, so you can choose the space between the bike computer and the steering wheel. There is always enough space to control the Edge 520 buttons.
Can I use the HideMyBell for the race bike, cross-bike and mountain bike?
Must all be able to. We tested the HideMyBell at the most extreme parks and everywhere he worked well. The holder is robust, and the bicycle computer is firmly and securely clamped in the holder. In addition, on bad vowel roads, the bell will not unleash the bell.
Can you confirm HideMyBell on aero-steering, or 35 millimeter-steering?
Yes, if you have at least 14 millimeter of space for the HideMyBell clamp.
No, for 35 mm handle bars we have no solution.
Do you have a question about the shipment?
Who cares for the shipment?
Because Sinterklaas and Santa are both spending packages one day a year, we thought it was best to send us the postage to PostNL. If you live outside of the Netherlands, local postal services will ensure that your package is in the right place.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping worldwide.
Where are the packages sent from?
At the moment, we only do from the Netherlands, but we work hard on more distribution points worldwide for our customers.
Do I have to pay import duties?
If you order from outside Europe, there is indeed a possibility that you have to pay import duties. Most of the small orders are made by Customs at no extra cost, but this varies from country to country.
How long does it take for my order to be in my mailbox?
Orders from the Netherlands that have been done for 15 hours will be delivered the following day. In Belgium, delivery will take place within two business days after ordering. For other international shipments, delivery time varies by country. If you have not received a package within seven days of the delivery confirmation, please send an email to email@example.com. With our detective cap, we will soon find out what the status is.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Oops, made a mistake in the address, or ordered the wrong color? No point, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to adjust the order. As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation, we can simply remove it so that you can place a new, correct order. Once orders have been sent, we will not be able to retrieve them immediately.
I would like to buy HideMyBell from my local bike specialist. Do you also have sales locations?
Absolutely. On the Dealer Locator page, you will find a list of sales addresses. If your local dealer is not there, why not let him know that you want to buy the HideMyBell with him? We are always looking for new suitable sales locations.
Can I send or exchange my HideMyBell?
If the HideMyBell does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it for free or get your money back for free. In such an event, send an email to email@example.com and insert the following information:
* Your original order number, name and email address
* Do you want to trade the item or want your money back?
* What’s the problem? Photos work well to clarify the problem.
* Additional information, such as the type of bicycle computer and / or steering wheel.
